Fundraising FAQ's

To help organise your fundraising event, our friendly BARE team is available to help. They can help work out how many products you need, estimates of how much you could raise with recommended retail prices and more. Do I have to order a minimum amount?
The minimum order is preferably 100 items but we are flexible to work with your group (no matter how BIG or small you are).
For example, Timmy is fundraising for a trip to Africa to work in an orphanage and orders 70 toothbrushes, plus 30 cotton bud boxes, equaling 100 items in total.
We understand the aim of the game is to raise much needed money for your deserving cause or charity, and everyone has different needs, so if 100 items it too much to start with, just let one of our team know your specific needs.
I placed my order, what now?
As soon as we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email with payment options. Once paid for, a receipt of purchase will be emailed to you.
Can unsold products be returned?
Sadly, we cannot accept returns for unsold items. Before placing your order, it is important to take care in estimating numbers. We also recommend spreading your orders out to 2 or even 3 smaller purchase, rather than 1 BIG purchase.
Method of payment?
You can pay securely online (using credit card or paypal), by phone or bank transfer.
What’s the estimated time of delivery?
BARE typically has your order dispatched within 24 hours of payment, and our chosen courier service can typically take between 2 – 8 working days to deliver orders, depending on locality.
