Shipping Fees - Australia:
FREE - Pick up direct from BARE at Kepnock, Bundaberg QLD 4670. Simply message us once you have made the purchase via social media or email to organise collection.
$3.50 - Light shipping for 15ml / 30ml tins, 10ml bottles & toothbrushes within Australia (may vary depending on amount of products purchased). Note: This option does not come with tracking or insurance.
$7.95 - Standard shipping within Australia where the total product order weighs less than 5.0kg.
$14.95 - Express shipping within Australia where the total product order weighs less than 1.0kg.
$19.95 - Express Heavy shipping (larger purchases) within Australia where the total product order weighs between 1.0kg - 3.0kg.
$24.95 - Express Heavy shipping (larger purchases) within Australia where the total product order weighs between 3.0kg - 5.0kg.

Delivery notes within Australia:
Once orders are placed, a receipt will be emailed to the buyer. As delivery is not in our control once posted, we can not guarantee time frames, but the following are to be used as a guide:
- Standard Delivery: approximately 2 – 8 business days depending on delivery service and location within Australia.
- Express Post Delivery: approximately 1 – 2 business days in Australia (once orders are dispatched).
You may consider providing an alternative delivery address such as a trusted friend or your own place of work because parcels will be delivered in business hours by a delivery driver. The delivery driver may use their own discretion if nobody is home at time of delivery. They may either choose to leave a parcel, or a card specifying alternative collection details at your nearest collection point.
We would love to hand deliver every parcel, but sadly we don't have enough time in the day haha, so we use reputable delivery services to deliver purchases, such as Australia Post or Sendle. Once a purchase has been sent, it is then out of BARE hands, and we can not take responsibility for loss or damaged goods during delivery. If an issue was to arise, we would assess on a case-by-case basis. We can not offer a refund for faults out of our control, but we may be able to provide a BARE voucher as a gift for compensation if this rare and unfortunate event was to happen. As stated above, each incident would have to be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and time may vary for investigation to be conducted by the delivery service.
