Damaged / Lost Deliveries:
Only items purchased on the BARE by Bauer website can be returned to us. Products purchased direct from an alternative website or shop must be returned to their original point of purchase. If customers receive damaged items from BARE by Bauer, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will require clear photographic proof of damage in the original delivery packaging. Items must not be used, and in the condition received. We may ask for the item to be returned and assessed at our office if required. Refunds are not accepted on opened or used products. Each situation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and negotiated as we see appropriate.
We would love to hand deliver every parcel, but sadly we don't have enough time in the day haha, so we use reputable delivery services to deliver purchases, such as Australia Post or Sendle. Once a purchase has been sent, it is then out of BARE hands, and we can not take responsibility for loss or damaged goods during delivery. If an issue was to arise, we would assess on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer a refund for faults out of our control, but we may be able to provide a BARE voucher as a gift for compensation if this rare and unfortunate event was to happen. As stated above, each incident would have to be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and time may vary for investigation to be conducted by the delivery service.

BARE by Bauer recommends all customers test any product on a small area inside their wrist prior to intended use on other areas of the body. This is strongly recommended for customers who have a history of allergic reactions or sensitive skin to ensure they have no unexpected reactions from our products. BARE by Bauer does not guarantee customers wont experience a skin reaction and can not be held responsible should any reaction arise.
