Vanilla Cinnamon & Maple Protein Slice

Conquer the day (or your gym sesh) with this delicious vanilla, cinnamon & maple protein slice, created using the divine Promise Nutrition Organic Vanilla Bean protein powder.

Not only is this super easy to make but it is kid friendly, freezer friendly and husband approved.

To make:


  • 3 cups organic oats
  • 1 cup organic shredded or desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder (or more if you love cinnamon like I do)
  • 1/2 cup Promise Nutrition Organic Vanilla Bean Protein Powder

Once dry ingredients are blended, add & blend:

  • 1 cup organic melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 4 tbs pure Canadian maple syrup

Blend until sticky crumble mixture then press firmly into lined tray and place in fridge to set for a few hours. I tend to leave it overnight then cut it into slices the next day. Keep in fridge or freezer.
